The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. Checking in to the apartment was OK and the accommodation was fine, however the bathroom design was poor, it was very difficult for anyone over 170cm to use the shower as it was in the eves. The toilet was downstairs but did not have a basin to wash hands. It would have been a better design to have a wet room where the toilet was and put the toilet in the bathroom. Other than that was fine, and we would be happy to...
