Sink in room cracked looked like it was about to fall off, reported to reception as I didn’t want them to think I’d done it and they said don’t worry about it. "I loved this hotel. The staff were really friendly and happily spoke English, especially the lady at reception who made lots of suggestions where to eat and what to see. The bed was comfy, and the shower was good and didn’t flood the bathroom like too many hotel showers do. The room had a kettle and teabags which I appreciated. Everything at this hotel was well thought-out and made sense - layout, lift, security code to get back inside on an evening etc. The location was perfect for the old town...

"They upgraded our room just because it was off season, so our room was very spacious. Everything was updated nicely. Wish we could hang out by the pool even if it was too cold to swim. Breakfast was wonderful. Very few dining options for Monday night, but I guess it’s pretty typical in France except Paris."
