"The lady who made my breakfast in the morning was wonderful , but apart from her I didn’t feel the hotel was worth the price I paid. The heating wasn’t very good, the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, there were no drink making facilities in my room, there was no clear check in area and the restaurant had a very limited menu. Which would have been fine if there were other places around to eat! I wouldn’t have been too bothered if I felt this was reflected in the price. "

"We had a 2 days stay for 3 people and 1 infant . The apartment is huge nad can easily accomodate 6 adults . Having 2 bathrooms is really convenient . Ideally located in the Fontana mall , everything in teplice is walking distance and you have all you need for shopping in the building. You can visit the wellness center which is 1 floor down and is pretty decent . Parking on the underground of the mall . Communication was really effective , polite and proffesional . "Nice hotel overall. It has a restaurant and bar. I ordered beef for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to have filet mignon placed in front of me. A good size bathroom with the typical small shower stall. Not a lot of power outlets, also not uncommon. The staff was friendly, although the night desk person didn't know too much English. The TV in the room is small, like a 15" computer screen, so if that's important, now you know. There are Olympic and other athletic prints decorating the place,...

"A great placed managed but genuine and great people. ot a luxury hotel but for a change the accomodation was great and peacefull. "
