"The hotel’s glory days are long gone. A few years ago, when I stayed there, it seemed like a decent place on the hotel map of Łódź. Today, apart from cleanliness and the very friendly staff, there’s little good to say. The rooms are cold, the furnishings are old, the TV barely works, and the water in the shower drains so slowly that it overflows before you’re done.
