"The room was damp, and moldy smelling. All the bedding was damp and wet. The pillows were visibly moldy and unclean. It was a struggle to get the staff to provide new and clean and dry bedding. There was no heat source in the room. The hot air blower provided was unusable as had electrical sparks during use. There was a light that flashed all night even though the power was switched off to the light. The manager and front desk staff only wanted us to leave so that they did not have to deal with...

"Great location and about 15 mins walk to the town center. We booked the Heritage rooms which had an old world charm with great views. The service was excellent and the staff extremely hospitable. Overall, a really good stay. "

"The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm."
