"We used this hotel for an overnight stop on our way from Zaragoza to Almeria airport (picking someone up). Did not arrive till gone 9pm, but restaurant still open, had a great meal and some well deserved beers. Great find, very welcoming staff, everything in the room you would need and a great shower. Excellent value for money. Would use again if passing this way."

"The property was excellent and it was unfortunate that the pool was closed as it was disappointing to the children who wanted to use it. Staff was very accommodating and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Would have liked to have a people access point through the gate from the parking lot for those who have trouble climbing stairs. "

"Fascinating concept - i.e. staying in a cave - but the cave space wasn't much different from a country cottage once furnished with old furniture, lighting etc. Our living room was adequate, but the bathroom shower cubicle was in bbad condition. The bedroom (deeper into the cave) was delightful to look at, but the mattress and pillows were hard. Perhaps this place would be a lot better at the start of the season?"

"I hope someone from the hotel reads this review because with a few simple changes it could be a hidden gem! The information on this site about the hotel is inaccurate. The use of the pool/spa is not free and in a total seperate building - you require swim hats and is not ideal for children. It is a nice spa with luxourious facilities. Nos cambiaron la habitación por un problema y luego, cuando les dijimos que nos íbamos un día antes no quisieron cobrarnos la noche que no usamos. Nos prestaron un cargador de móvil toda la noche y estuvieron dispuestos a cualquier petición con mucha amabilidad."

"Great experience staying in a ‘cave’ house. Very clean and cosy. Beautiful setting. The owners weren’t on site much (but can be phoned and respond quickly) so as long as you’re fairly self sufficient its not a problem. Best to bring your own food. Really looking forward to our arab bath booking but the hotel cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, which was a shame. Definitely need own transport. Overall a great experience. "

"A very spacious apartment built in to the hillside with nice grounds and views over the Sierra Nevada. Our host, Manuel was very helpful and passionate about the local area and treated us to a guided tour,as well as bringing us fresh churros for breakfast. Our overall experience was superb. "
