What was disappointing was that I had requested in advance, a room without feathers in the bedding as I am allergic to feathers and received an email confirming this would be arranged. However, when I checked the room on arrival, one of the pillows had feathers in it. Requests, made well in advance concerning allergies, should be carefully checked that...

"There were a few issues with the room such as the TV wasn't working properly and the air conditioner started leaking in the night. I am sure they would have got straight on to the issues when we told them."

"It was the only convenient hotel that was reasonably priced on our way to Leeds, but was the perfect overnight stop. It was located at the small motorway services, the rooms were fine. As expected there is not many plug sockets but I always travel with an extension lead so that always helps! The beds were clean and comfortable and would stay here again. "
