"The resort is old and lacking in being maintained. The bedroom was neat, clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom had stains all over the roof and shower fittings kept coming apart. No hot water first night but was fixed immediately when told staff. Our key card stopped working and we repeatedly had to go to front desk to get it renewed. "I booked this last minute due to a change in direction and although I thought I would hate this family hotel as a solo traveller, it was great. I loved that the beach area was quiet and the gym was empty. The room was standard layout and functional. For families this is a great hotel, lots to do! There are lots of events going on which can get quite noisy but they all finished at a decent time. My only negative would be - as a solo traveller they didn't expect this.
