"The rooms were comfortable though over-heated for early November. The hot spring pools were amazing; the water composition was great and there were numerous pools of varying temperatures warm enough for the cooler months of the year. Food at the restaurant was great and varied. We also enjoyed the massages at the spa.The receptionist was unable to find our Hotels.com reservation when we checked in, which proved a bit alarming. We trusted they eventually sorted out the issue during our stay."

"Pleasant , very helpful staff . We had a lovely one night stay on the way between Rila Lakes and Sofia during the summer period . We were charmed by the interior design with a lovely wood work ( tables , chairs , fence , etc) of a recently deceased local artists . "

"Overall the hotel wasn’t a bad choice considering how cheap it was per night. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre of town which was great, we booked a locker at the ski hire so didn’t to carry anything back and forth. In the hotel the beds were very comfortable however the building and interiors has not been updated since it was built. WiFi will not extend past reception/ ground floor (you will need the Bulgarian keyboard as the password is not English). Breakfast is perfectly nice and never...
