"The hotel has been recently renovated. It is not a luxury hotel but it is definitely nice, clean and pleasant. Our room was brand new. The facilities are fine. A few flaws (like breakfast with not much choice) but the overall feeling is positive and I would definitely recommend it. Staff has been super super friendly. "Would never go back there or recommend this property to anyone. The front desk staff are a bounch of crooks. I had a emergency back home with my mother in law who is in hospice and had to leave 2 days early and they would not refund the 2 nights. They call a cab to pick us up and take us to the capital of Tunisia and charged us 183.00 USD when the cost was really 30.00 USD. We ended up having to call the tourism police where they gave us our money back. All corrupt would not back."
