"Worst experience of my life. I told the receptionist that they had bugs on the bed, all he said was ok. The check out time is at 10am and not one staff informed me until I checked. The phones were not working, no elevator and our rooms were on the sixth floor. No AC, no fans. I had to walk down (no phone) to yell at the receptionist because the rooms were extremely hot and no air circulation. Just the worst experience"

Jeg ble belastet konto selv etter jeg prøvde avbestille etter snakka med de som jobba i resepsjonen da dette også skjedde dagen før. Mail om reservasjon var på mail. Konto belastet. Men ingen registrerte melding til hotellet. Måtte finne et annet rom der det kostet meg dyrt."
