"Amazing staff"

"Hotel situato lungo strada, con ampio parcheggio. Entro in camera, e mi assale l'odore di polvere: moquette sporca, tendaggio e una vecchia poltrona in tessuto ne sono la causa. Prima sorpresa: la finestra è sigillata! Vedi foto. Il bagno è cieco e non funziona l'aeratore, impossibile il ricambio di aria, brutta sensazione. "We stayed for 3 nights and wish we stayed longer! There were so much to do around the region, some within walkable distance for example a nearby winery. Accommodation is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. Mariella was lovely and truly a Six Star host who went above and beyond to help us sort out a rental car issue. Definitely recommend"

"The owner was very nice and accommodating. The room was very nice too, however the bathroom had the smallest shower we have ever encountered. At most it was two feet by two feet inside dimensions. Don’t drop the soap. :)"

Tea e Francesco persone speciali e di cuore, sempre premurosi e pieni di consigli per trascorrere al meglio la giornata. "The hotel is perfectly located by the skislopes, short walking distance and only 1 minute by car but, the hotel is dated, lacks of TLC, it's advertised that has swimming pool available but apparently they shut it in March, that was one of the reason I booked this hotel, to use the pool and the spa facilities. "Soggiorno piacevole. Struttura carina con vista mozzafiato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Un unica pecca è il frigorifero nelle camere. Non funzionava bene"

"Palazzo antico arredato con gusto e molto curato e pulito. La sala in cui abbiamo cenato e fatto colazione era molto caratteristica, suggestiva e romantica. Il trattamento durante la cena è stato di ottimo livello. Cibo e vino di ottima qualità. Unica nota negativa: all'arrivo il bagno era freddo perché il termosifone risultava chiuso. Devo dire però che appena capito il problema la stanza da bagno si è riscaldata velocemente."
