My only complaint is that the reception is not open before you can check in, which means when you arrive 2 hours early because of the train schedules, you have no place to put your luggage, unlike most hotels in the world. "The owner was so helpful and accommodating as we arrived a little late in the vending and she made sure we had a table and something to eat. Our 2 dogs one adult and one puppy were a little enthusiastic but no issue from the owner. Food was excellent and hoy room was a good size with easy onsite car parking. "

L' uomo all'accettazione discorreva assai volentieri coi clienti di lingua tedesca, mentre un po' forzatamente con noi. Gentilissima invece la signorina che gli ha dato il cambio alla reception. "I had the BEST time staying at Glück Auf in Mayrhofen! It’s hard to choose what I enjoyed most because the property, staff, location and amenities were basically perfect. When the owners were called to address the situation, they became indignant to the point of being unwelcoming - a very curious position given that they are hosts and were in the wrong in this case!
