"I took my girls for a quick getaway, the staff was all so nice and we got a poolside room, which was fantastic for this mama. My only complaint was that the indoor pool was really cold, my girls didn’t mind but I didn’t jump in."

"Russell warning greeted me, gave me dining suggestions, and looked up my rewards details that i didn't readily have. The need was comfy with no hump (common at many hotels). The hvac system was quiet and the room got very dark both of which i want fire good sleeping. Great all round hospitality. I'll be back. "

"Positve points - Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Stayed 3 nights. Not so positive points - Walls are thin and we stayed on 2nd floor. People above us were stomping and people across the hall slammed the door every time (and had allergies to something bc they sneezed alot). 🙄 Breakfast Friday was eggs and sausage. Saturday 8am no eggs, no OJ and 1st /2nd floor ice machine out of order. Sunday eggs and sausage but we took the last of the sausage at 8am and didn't see it replenished. We stay at hotels with breakfast to save time and money. Also no water pressure in the shower."
