"The staff were very good, but they were overworked. For instance, there was no one at reception when I arrived as the one man was busy doing something else essential and we had to wait too long between starter and main course because the same one man had to serve the entire full restaurant on his own."

"The place is clean serves its purpose. However be mindful this hotel has you trapped with their over priced photos banning any take away deliveries to the hotel. The receptionist last night on arrival was scary, no people skills at all and made us wait minutes whilst she rudely carried on typing. Just not a good welcome or feel. "Hotel is a lovely. Parking onsite so handy. On site restaurant excellent with a good choice of menu. Rooms are well sized and bathrooms large. Buffet breakfast delicious from continental to cooked. Staff friendly and their spoken English was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re travelling in Belgium."

"Our cabin was horrible! The rooms were not not, spider webs everywhere, bugs on the bed and couch and they cleaning staff left their cleaning supplies in the cabin. And the second night we were the only ones with no electricity. We left a day early! I do not recommend. "
