"We were a little apprehensive when we saw that there was building work going on as the hotel is being revamped, but we needn’t have worried, the hotel and builders worked closely to ensure there wasn’t an issue with noise etc. The room we had was spotlessly clean, it was a little tired decor wise, but this is obviously being addressed. "Could not fault the place very old but the rooms are clean very very comfortable. The stuff we’re fantastic I had a really nice stay there if I go back that way again I will stay at the Kings Arms again."

"The building itself was like entering a library, very sterile. The room itself was very, very small and basic but had an amazing view of the sea. There are dogs allowed in the apartment and I'm severely allergic so had to take anti allergy tablets. Fire door for the bathroom meant it kept shutting but nice powerful shower. Unfortunately no parking around there so had to park at the car park but it is free after 7pm. Overall would recommend for 1-2 nights as clean and had all essentials but...
