"The hotel itself is excellent with meal options and an applebees on site. The main attraction to me, in the beginning at least was the security of having a parking garage that secures at night. The hotel itself was clean, provided breakfast, the staff were welcoming and also very accommodating to my request for an early check in. Added bonus, they do a "kick back" from 5:30-7 daily which provides some food options and 3 free drinks for guests over the age of 21. I fully intend to stay here for all of my future trips to San Antonio."

"We had an issue with shower flow being very weak due to the calcium build up inside those tiny little holes. We told the front desk (Mayra) the next morning, the maintenance engineer (Javier) fixed it right away. When we came back right after lunch time, we had a brand new shower head with decent water flow. Very pleasant stay, the staff took care of our needs immediately, I couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay here next time we're in San Antonio..... Thanks...."
