"My stay was perfect for me, exceptionally clean, very roomy and comfortable. Even though my room was adjacent to the busy road my room was very quiet. A comfortable couch was a pleasant surprise to relax on after my 9 hours of travel and the bed was so comfy I had fantastic sleeps. The kitchen had a full sized fridge which is good for families and those with quantity requirements….way better than the usual caravan type pathetic fridge that other motels have. "Reception was great, Mari was super kind and helpful and got us set right away. The unit itself was big and well appointed. Kitchenette had everything we needed, including salt & pepper! Easy walk to town and we had one of our best dinners at The Smoking Barrel in town. We used this as our base to hike in Abel Tasman and it was the right choice. We could hear some noise from the unit beside us, but nothing that really bothered us. "
