"We stayed in Unit 2. We arrived at around 3:00 pm, but there was no one on-site, and we hadn't received any information about which unit was ours or how to access it. We had to call the number on the office door to obtain the access details. It appeared the office hadn't been used for some time, as the area around it was covered in spider webs.
The heating in the unit was inadequate and didn't keep the room warm enough.

"Although older apartments, every effort has been made to modernise and provide comfort. Bed was great. Garden and amenities for kids were fantastic. Tv was La large smart tv enabling us to watch Netflix. Little things were provided to make things nicer. Our kitchen was outside so in wet and cold weather was not really useful even though undercover. We were lucky with neighbours but units are often joined together and thin walls so that noises from other apartments can be heard. Would come back...
"We had a wonderful stay at Attunga in Falls Creek and highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect – truly ski-in, ski-out access that made getting onto the slopes effortless each day. The views over the mountains were stunning and added to the whole alpine experience.
What really stood out, though, was the genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. From check-in to dining, every interaction felt warm and personal."
