"An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. The shower was a little small and flimsy but the water was good and hot and the heating was hydronic . Staff were excellent. Only a short walk from a beautiful town and the station. "This was my absolute dream. Stayed on the 5th floor. Room was just as pictured...and you can't envision the magical reality (the evening rain on the skylight was heaven). Comfy bed. No thrills, but who needs those when you have the space and beams! Excellent staff all around. They even have a magic button they can push to call you a taxi (especially when you have an obnoxiously early flight). Also good wifi and beautiful common sitting areas downstairs. Also impeccable location...can you tell I had a good time? Ha!"
