"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"En arrivant, le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n y a aucune réservation à mon nom. J’ai du me justifier en lui prouvant notre réservation. Chambre au Rez près de l’entrée et la route , nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit sans compter les gaz des véhicules qui suffoquaient la chambre. Au matin Enza très aimable nous sert un déjeuner simple.., nous lui disons que nous nous absenterons deux nuits car nous visitons la région… à notre retour en ouvrant la chambre , quelle surprise !!!! Consiglierei di migliorare alcune cose: intorno alla piscina, specialmente dalla parte in cui l'acqua è più profonda, far passare qualcuno per dare una spazzata, è piena di semi di palma che danno fastidio durante il cammino; a fine stagione quando svuotate la piscina passare della resina trasparente per tenere incollate le pietre nella parte bassa della pisciana. Per il resto tutto perfetto. "
