I was so grateful for their awesome AC because it was very warm outside. It works well and it’s quiet. It is only in the main room though so we had to leave the doors open so the second room could cool down as well. "The hotel was great except for the limited time to use the panorama salon which was only for breakfast. It has an amazing view but only available until 10 am. Apparently it makes too much noise for those on the floor below. What a waste of space as it is stunning. It would be nice to be able to get some food or drink at your hotel. "

"Adorable place. We stayed in family room for 1 night. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom is downstairs which was different but we had no problems. 5 generation hoteliers, the place is well cared for! Highly recommend. Plus the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Loved it!"

"Lovely hotel not far from the Rhine. Staff were very friendly & spoke English well. The public rooms are lovely & lovely terraces to sit out on & enjoy a drink. Dinner was absolutely fabulous, they are obviously have a fantastic chef & team. Room was a bit disappointing, small but fairly functional but nowhere to do hair & makeup & layout any toiletries. Manageable for 1 night but will book a bigger room next time "
