Rooms very basic, balcony is just a door - it’s not enough to stand on let alone sit. No mirror other than the small bathroom one. Twin beds only, which is hard to understand when the bathroom door is glass & doesn’t shut properly so quite uncomfortable even for a couple! No answer to calls to confirm. The frosty check-in...

"Lovely hotel really enjoyed the stay, convenient location and staff were all very helpful, very family like atmosphere, you can see they all enjoy working there, my only complaint was that there was only one salad available as vegetarian dish, it really would be great if there was something more like just simple pasta with cheese and tomato sauce or something like that to accommodate vegetarian guests.
