"Beautifully maintained hotel with historic character. Staff very helpful and courteous. Convenient to take platform 5 bus from airport and get off on Takaramachi stop. Then walk across bridge over street. It was a little bit awkward to move our luggage up and down bridge stairs but manageable and hotel is right there. Train station is about 10 min walk. "

"Only downside is it's a 20 minute walk from the Nagasaki station, so with bags it can be a bit of a workout (sidewalks are uneven paving stones). Can take the tram, but it is very crowded, or the bus. Room was very nice, laundry on site, and a nice cafe."

"Travelling by bicycle. Although there is no “official” place to park a bike, the staff found a spot in a back room to store it for me. Much appreciated. "

"Good location for everything "

"Stayed Monday thru Thursday nights. Great location, near Trams 1 and 5, and close enough to airport bus stop. Lots of eating choices within walking distance. Bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water. Ate the hotel breakfast once; hot dishes were quite good. On the Wednesday night, experienced cigarette smoke apparently from the ventilation system, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. (There's always at least one moronic guest.) Staff put me in a different room for the last night---grateful for the accommodation."

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The room was very large for Japan. It was very comfortable and we loved the extra sofa seating area. The location is great; so much more fun than staying near the train station. Outdoor spa was fabulous!"

"The area was nice, but the expensive parking was very annoying. The hotel has no parking lots, so you have to use city parking lots. Take the train if possible, for one night of parking it was around 3500 yen."
