"We we very dissappointed. It was not as advertised. There was no wifi in rooms and very limited in common areas, no air conditioning or bath as advertised. They didnt have our booking and was not expecting us. The powerpoints did not work so we had one powerpoint for a fan, lamp and charger for our phones. I requested a partial refund but because of the limited internet my request could not be submitted online."

"The stay was pleasant as the staff were very warm and friendly. The lodge is fairly plain and not meant for extended stays in my opinion as there is not much more than rooms and the restaurant. (yes there is a pool.) The buildings are modern but without any architectural flair or artistic creativity. It is a good location in the park and easy to drive to any location for wildlife viewing. Food is average, but there are various options. Some of the hotel is a little run down. On check-in we were told that the company that handles their Hotels.com bookings was in a dispute with them, and that they had not forwarded the funds from our prepayment for the rooms. "Do not stay here. Absolute ripoff. Their rate was three times the rate of much better hotels. Small rooms with no fans or AC. No hot water. Noisy street all night long. Small desk area for working. Try to cancel and get a refund but they just ignore all communication. Very bad customer support all around."
