"It was ok, and a vast improvement over our last stay in Hanoi, as it was far from the touristy and scam-filled Old Quarter. Accommodations were nice, but covid still affected some ammenities, ie. no breakfast [closed], and we couldn't get extra pillows [had to buy our own]. Still, good value for the price, and in a better part of the city."

"2nd floor room is very noisy since it is right by the dining area. We had to check out one day earlier because of the noise. Higher floor room maybe better "

"The room itself is good, the staff is really helpful, the breakfast is basic but delicious and enough. The only problem is that the Wifi connection is very unstable and slow, if you consider doing a lot of online work then probably should think twice before booking. "
