"Room comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful staff. It was quite warn in Stockholm during our stay and we had to keep the windows open as there was no AC. Our room overlooked a peaceful looking mostly residential street how ever, we were awoken many times by: it sounded like a recycling facility, passing families, rolling suitcases, and a 3:30 am loud serenade by several birds welcoming the early sunrise."

"Staff member in dining area/bar very sweet. Drivers of airport shuttle crabby. Unclear instructions on how to meet or contact airport shuttle at airport. Gym was awesome if it wasn’t located down a long creepy and isolated hallway. I was afraid to be there by myself."

But mostly it was the customer service that was great. Also had free parking so that was a plus, all the need is laundry services to be perfect."
