"Apart from the food and the staff everything else needs a major makeover! The entire property requires renovation. Starting with their rooms, mattress, water geyser, swimming pool and the list goes on. We found chewing tobacco (snooze) in the bathroom (pic attached). At check in we were asked for 750/- per night in addition to the room charges for air conditioning. Although it was suppose to be a queen bed, they had attached two single beds together which were really uncomfortable. Water...

"A wonderful escape! Huge Resort offered an idyllic retreat with its fantastic facilities. The delightful culinary experience left us wanting more, and the tidy rooms provided a restful haven. The resort's riverside location made it even more special, granting us a sense of tranquility. The stunning resort view made it hard to leave. We'll definitely be returning!"

"I stayed Windsor Lodge with my daughter in June 2022. This is a Heritage property and renovated long back. The rooms are spaces and staff is very friendly. The problem is rooms are very old, stinking, linen and bed not good condition. Old style TV, bathroom, network issues away from the city. This Property needs immediate renovation. "
