"I have stayed at this property multiple times and overall I would say I am a big fan. The rooms are spacious with a living room area and a bed along with a big shower area. The only issues I have faced with this property is it is difficult to find street parking and all the times I stayed there I had issues with the internet in my room as I was working from there"

The hotel description indicated air conditioning however none was in the room, so 30°C day feels incredibly hot in an upper loft-style room. The bars in the town are open late and you can hear everything on the street. The restaurant should be avoided. "I had a WONDERFUL stay. I was attending the LIDO SOUNDS festival in Linz, and was having trouble getting a taxi. The owner's family helped me get one - they invited me to sit down with them, offered me something to drink while i waited (it was a VERY hot day). Thank you SO much for that generosity and hospitality."

"We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz."

The concept of self check-in was spot on, and reduced any interference from staff to essentially zero, which was precisely what I was looking for. The facilities were very clean, very well equipped, and of solid quality. The stay was for purposes of relaxation and stress reduction (running, hiking, sleeping). It was really perfect. I plan on coming back here during the summer. I would highly recommend...

"Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view, cosy room, excellent breakfast - varied each day, something for everyone ( eggs, cold cuts, cereals, breads, sweets, great coffee), prepared fresh and very nicely presented. Cosy rooms with small kitchen (fridge and microwave) plus crockery and utensils. The only drawbsck for us were the mattresses which were rather firm, but that is a matter of personal preference. Overall very nice and much recommended."
