"We stayed here to be close to our family friends on the outskirts of Toronto.The hotel is located on the premises of a mall. The hotel in itself is new and decent. The first time in the parking lot is confusing but then it makes sense and is convenient. The only downside was the breakfast which was average and they are understaffed( we had to clean our own tables to get a table)"

"Our stay was amazing. We loved our room, the staff throughout the hotel were wonderful. Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet and supper were delicious. The location was perfect, super easy to find. The subway station about 3 minute walk so were able to easily get to all of the places we wanted to see, without having to worry about traffic or parking in the heart of the city. We felt very safe sitting outside in the evenings as the property is gated and had security where we entered...

"It is tidy and neat but apparently looks old. The lift is a bit slow. There are problem with the public toilet in the dining hall with occasional overflow. My son also stayed in the same hotel but another room and has also overflowing problem with the toilet in his room. It will certainly be more attractive with replacement of carpets in the lobby, repainting of interior walls and lift refurbishment. Breakfast is acceptable . "

"Had a bit of a mix up with our room at check in but staff were extremely helpful and got us switched to a better room immediately. They also bought my baby an ice cream from the ice cream truck that came by outside the hotel! Extremely friendly amazing staff. I stay here every 6 months for a trip and have never had a bad stay. "
