"We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season. The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either. "Misleading information on website. This was NOT a wheelchair accessible room as the shower was a step over cubicle and no handrails or equipment around the toilet area. To access the ‘disabled’ toilet off the dining room area you would have to negotiate a 10” step up and then down a 6” step. Again no rails or toilet equipment. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough. The lovely receptionist was very apologetic and sourced us another hotel locally which had a wheelchair accessible...

"- Property: located in a strategic position close to the Baia Verde beaches. Some of them have an agreement with the hotel so one can get an umbrella sun with a discount. The area is quite noisy due to many young tourists, so having earplugs may save your sleep. - Room: average setup inline with the expectations, but with a very small bathroom which seemed to be stuck in the 1980s and with very few amenities. - Staff: super helpful and friendly, if there were a reason for coming back it would be because of them."
