"The place is very clean and the staff is very helpful and professional. The only problem I have is the mosquito, even though the mosquitoes net is provided."
"I stayed on the second floor in the room was quite large. It was very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom functioned well. One real strong aspect of this property is its excelent location. You are close to many good restaurants and there's a 7-Eleven that's only a couple minutes away. You're close to the Sadet market and a superb Vietnamese Thai restaurant. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping my room clean"
"Stayed for two nights visiting a friend. A fairly basic hotel but good sized rooms and good value I. In my opinion. There are a load of independent cafes nearby to get breakfast. The river and market are about 7-8 minutes walk."
"Staff lacking in basic hospitality skills. We were given the wrong room and it was not straightforward to rectify which was surprising to me as the booking was clear. I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark. Loads of feral cats running around. Some of the staff were okay but the receptionist was completely incompetent. Expedia should not have this hotel on their...
"We stayed in the dome. Great owners. Very friendly. There are no private hot tubs as Expedia advertises but There was however a claw tub outside. Bring face cloths for showers. Other than that great stay. Yummy breakfast. "
"The bungalows with porches were very nice. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The car service was also helpful, and much appreciated. I liked the property very much. "
"This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. There is free parking. I really liked the covered patio seating area, complete with a rustic swing. The coffee seating area is also very nice and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, although they spoke virtually no English. (We communicated via Google Translate.) As usual, the electricity to the room--including the air conditioner and refrigerator--only works when the room key fob is in it's slot on the wall. The linens were...
"Hop Inn is near Nong Khai Bus station but far from where the action is - Mekong River. Hotel offers basic amenities and a free coffee in the mornings."
