"The location is very good, in a quiet residential neighborhood, with walking distance to metro station to famous sightseeing places. There are convenient store and several restaurants within 1 mins walk. The hotel’s free breakfast has many selections, in a sunny dinning room. Has lunch service but not dinner. The room is comfy but stained on the carpet, and hallway smell smoke to me. Overall it’s a good place to stay for 3 nights. "

"Fantastic. Very nice place. Will come again as it is so beautiful. Easily the nices hotel in this city. Ski park is just a few steps away. However, the staff in the hotel and generally the ski area do not speak English at all. Be prepared to face frustrating ski arrangements as you need to go to various booths for park entry, child insurance, insteuctors and also rentals. And they only seak mandarin. If you do not have wechat pay, be prepared to bring loads of cash as the deposit for equipment...

"Excellent customer service! Breakfast was included in the booking which was a pleasant surprise. They had a whole range of facilities such as laundry (¥40 for the washer and dryer), fitness centre (fully equipped with the latest treadmills, interactive Peloton tracker, weights area and strength and conditioning section), excellent intercontinental buffet breakfast and extremely clean rooms. The only issue was that none of the staff spoke English. I would have expected at least this for an...
