"One night stay when my daughter and I were visiting for a Stevie nicks concert. Need I say more? We didn’t need much. But apart from an initial mishap when we were given a room that wasn’t ready yet, which was quickly rectified, the stay was wonderful. Beautiful place, very clean, great amenities and location. Less than 20 minutes to Mystic and the olde shoppes and mystic pizza! "

"The hotel is in the midst of renovations. The outside is in need of repair, but the rooms and common areas are clean and updated. The deck could use some paint, etc., but the view is fabulous and the seating is comfortable. The pool was clean - hot tub was not working. Front desk staff was courteous and pleasant. Housekeeping staff was also very pleasant. Maintenance staff was hard at work cleaning and sprucing the property up. Honestly, we went expecting the worst based on so many negative...

"I was skeptical after booking and then reading the negative reviews that maybe we didn't make the right choice. To my surprise, the room was extremely clean up on arrival, absolutely no complaints about the room and it's comfort. Front staff was very pleasant. My only complaint was about the pool, which was quite chilly (I don't think it was heated). The pool light was broken and just hanging out the pool, still attached to the inside that left a hole in the pool, which kinda spooked us all out....
