"The staff at this hotel was exceptional. They were so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. They are so aware of the needs of travelers, particularly those arriving or leaving from the airport or cruise port and make every effort to accommodate them. At the front desk Lia greeted us with a smile and the rest of the staff were equally as nice. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. I would stay there again!"

"Great location, close to alot of Seattle attractions. No elevator from the parking garage to the hotel and parking can be crowded and tight if you have a large vehicle. Restaurant only ok (many less expensive and better options nearby)."

It is directly in the middle and heart of downtown Seattle.-It is surrounded with beautiful Theresa attractions fine steakhouses and of course Pike place where you can only walk a quick 10 minutes Down the road- Affordable and easy to find the surrounding areas for your trip- Highly recommended to stay at this hotel they have nice rooms and a lot of complementary beverages and food items"
