Then some random 3rd party (Evolve) sends some email saying payment didn’t process. I had/have no idea who Evolve is - figured it was spam, didn’t click on it. Then I go to check into the property the day before and Evolve say it’s not booked anymore, mind you I never got a text or a call...

"The pool and hot tub is the main reason i booked this hotel. It was nice. I cant complain about anything except no pool towels by the pool but i went in and asked for them at the front desk and had no issues. The 3 workers that i talked to during my stay were very friendly"
