"Good place to stay overall. 3 main problems: 1. Smokey lobby and common area, should improve cleaning and ventilation 2. No replacement of coffee cups, coffee bags and minibar 3. Bed cover is smaller than the bed. When sleeping 2 persons it gets short"

"Pros: Staff was nice. Cons: There are many. We booked it for 3 nights but we’ve not got the same room what was shown in pics while booking. It was FALSE ADVERTISING. The room was in the attic and had very low ceiling and it was tough to live there with a toddler. We requested to cancel the last night but it was refused by the owner. There were lot of bugs and spiders in the room. AC wasn’t working properly and making a lot of noise. They asked for special requests like veg food etc but sadly...

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, elegant, comfortable. We stayed in the patio/jacuzzi suite and it was totally worth it. Amazing views, friendly staff and the location was perfect for visiting and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!"

But mostly, Zarko, Zerin, Nikola and Tanja were amazing with their hospitality and friendliness... I felt like I was a member of their family and always at home. Also, for the first time in my life, I tried the footscooter from the Zenit with Niloka's coaching...it was a BLAST! Thank you Zenit and I will be back next year!"
