"The beginning of our stay started out great until we ran into some plumbing issues with our room. We were moved to another room but it felt like a down grade not upgrade so we were then moved again. Hindsight I wish we could've been just upgraded instead of being moved twice. We did not receive any discount for our troubles and only were offered a free bicycle rental for a day but all the bikes were checked out when we tried to use it. "The refrigerator is like nothing we’ve ever seen before. It only holds three bottles of water laying down. There is no depth to the refrigerator. You cannot store food or leftovers.
