"Staff were all very friendly and made us feel at home. We had great breakfast and wonderful view. Beautiful patio balcony available just for us. Some minor issues with old floorboards, mold on shower, and cobwebs in bathroom skylight."

"I loved the location being so close and convenient to hiking trails, lakes, Wicklow Gap, and close enough to shopping and other amenities. The staff was excellent! I appreciated the conversations, recommendations, and welcoming personalities. I didn't like that there was no outdoor seating near the water for a picnic, or just to enjoy being outdoors. The only outdoor seating was by the BBQ Cafe and posted signage that you can't use that seating unless buying from them. But what good is having a beautiful spot on the water if you can't enjoy it? I also would have liked a refrigerator in the room. We had been traveling for weeks and having a fridge would have helped us preserve some of the foods we were enjoying along the way. Overall our experience was pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to others. "
