"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. Grazie ancora Francesco!!!"

Bouilloire eau chaude au petit dej afin d eviter la queue a la machine a café le matin. Confort moyen pour un 3 étoiles mais la competence et la gentillesse du personnel equilibre tout cela... Bon sejour dans l ensemble mais, effort et investissement a faire dans l hÎtel dans critique citée ci dessus. "

"What can be said that has not already been said? Wow! We loved that the staff were as enthusiastic about a hotel, formerly a prison, as we were. The art work in the room/cell and through out the building was amazing, thought provoking and modern. The room in "prison chic" was very comfortable and spacious for two tired cycle tourists. Plus, a super secure place to store our bikes, much appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and worth the price. Our only regret is not being in Beziers when the restaurant was open for evening meals. Definitely one of the most unique places we have stayed and the most memorable. Merci to the whole team that make this place a joy to stay in."
