"Beautiful views of the coast line and promenade. Near old town with many dining options and the Sunday Market. The hotel room was very nice such a comfortable bed and pillows, nice bath and shower. I loved the honey soap and lotion. The staff were very helpful and polite. They arranged a taxi for very early morning flight. The only negats were the small elevator, bit that is common for Europe and the use of a room key for using the lights and air. If only having 1 key this could be an...

" This B&b was a one night stay for me , it was a good stay .especially for a late night check in , the man at the desk was very friendly when arrived. it suited me well , as I needed to stay close to airport . For a late night arrival flight . This b&b stay is Only a short distance from the airport ,easy to get to from airport . "

"Excellent location, right across the water. Convenient distance from the airport and walkable from all relevant sights! Would definitely recommend. Only drawbacks are the interior and exterior is a bit dated and the restaurant stops serving food early. They have (cheaply) updated the rooms. "

"This was a wonderful hotel on our trip to France and Italy. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a great view of the city the room is well sound insulated. When you open your door and step in the hall in the morning, smells of a delicious breakfast beckon you downstairs. A terrific way to start the day! I read the reviews and booked. "The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...

"Good location close to train station, decent size room with basics. The walls seem a bit thin and could hear the traffic outside as well as some of the neighbors but overall a nice experience. Very close to some grocery shops, restaurants, and the main Massena / Jean-Medecin areas. We did not purchase the breakfast but rather went to some of the cafes and restaurants for breakfast each day. Would stay here again!"

"The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location near Garibaldi Place and the old town. It was also near the tram and bus stop which was ideal for exploring Nice and the surrounding area. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and polite and made us feel really welcome. Our room was cleaned every day. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. This hotel deserves at least 4*!"
