"A hotel in easy reach of Shinjuku Station. Entrance beside the hotel is only for the E, S and KO lines, if you're arriving by JR lines (including N'Ex) you should take the New South Exit instead. Staff were welcoming and helpful on arrival, and the amenity corner was very well stocked."

"The staff were extremely patient and helpful, with checking us in as well as helping us mail our suitcases to our next destination. The amenities kit was over flowing. Great location. Also the room had temperature control, really important for a smaller room. Would stay again."

"Location is perfect!"

"Excellent hotel with an easy check in and check out process. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If your desire is to stay in Roppongi Hills or near Ginza, this is a great place to stay! Be aware that this is a populated area with noise, traffic and crowds -- especially at night. Nothing too severe, but it's a environment for nightlife. If you love shops and restaurants, then this hotel easily accessible to all of those things. I stayed on a very high floor (Floor 12) and did not hear much...

"Very impressed. The staff was helpful and kind and had an enjoyable stay"

"All good"

"清潔な客室であった"

"Very conveniently located in Asakusa near Asakusa station, Asakusa and Ginza lines, as well as the train directly to Haneda Airport and the train to Tokyo Sky Tree. It is right near a major shrine (Senso-Ji) and near the Sumida River, and many, many restaurants. It is busy, quite a hub. The hotel is modern and clean with typical, smallish rooms, but with everything one needs. Breakfast buffet is bountiful and good, with many options, Japanese and Western."

"The hotel feels very new and somewhat self-serve. There are people in the front lobby, but they are there mostly to help you navigate the self check-in kiosks. There was a large queue of older European travelers checking in before me and they seemed to struggle with the self check-in process, and so it made for not the best first impression of the place. Once checked in, I found my room to be really small, but not atypical for Japan. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable and well...

"Rooms and bathrooms were extremely small."

"The staff were very helpful and kind. The property is in a great location but seems old. We stayed one night as planned, which worked out because there was black mold in our room coming out of the air vent in the room and bathroom. Other then that, the hotel was clean."

"Limited eateries nearby."

"Not much in the hotel not even room service, only one restaurant in the property, overall not bad but I won’t stay there again and above all that staff were not super friendly just okay to do the job but meet and greet didn’t seem to be part of the job at all. Good location for luxury brands shopping"
