"Je recommande, tres belle établissement. Personnel est a l'écoute et très sympathique. Nous y retournerons 🙂 "

"The front desk man was very nice and kind and he deserves a 5 stars hotel, however the condition of the room was not as per our expectations, only one towel for 4 people, the room was cold so need to use the air conditioner with a terrible noise, the water is in ground. "

"Great location in the old quarter and breakfast was included which had some local flavors to try."

"Very nice location at the centre of Oran. Staff is very nice. And I know the restaurant is also good price and tasty."

"The room was very clean. Staff were accommodating to help me with a very quiet relaxing stay. I was grateful for the early check-in "

"Magnifique"

"Did not have our reservations. But nicely accommodated us."

"Excellent accommodations, especially for the cost. Large, nicely appointed room. Extremely helpful staff. Restaurant was satisfactory. No other customers on the premises, which seemed a shame. Hotel is short walking distance from the town center."

"Very nice hotel close to all city attractions and very well welcomed by the team The hotel is clean and the room was correct Breakfast was good too "

"We were moved to another Hotel (Pacha Hotel) upon booking the Jasmins Residence. Nothing interesting around the Pacha Hotel a 15 min drive to the city center and the corniche side"

"Lady at check in grumpy. Allocated standard room when booked Junior suite. Sink leaked at base. Shower screen not sealed so also leaked floor constantly wet. Junior suite spacious and great bed and AC. Well located. If they could fix water issue it would be a good hotel. "

"Clean room, staff polite. "

"Really great, first class hotel located on the tram line. Super comfy beds, wonderful breakfast buffet. Most of all, excellent customer service! The two lovely ladies at the front desk spoke English and answered all of our questions cheerfully. They do need to fix the second elevator 😊"
