"We had an excellent stay at Iliorama. The location is fantastic (next to a less busy part of the beach, with own chairs and with service from the adjacent bar). The rooms are very nicely equipped, do not have a lot of noise penetration and the bed is of good quality. The service is also very good, with a welcoming receipt and professional all the way. I can definitely recommend staying here and we will absolutely come back on return to Thassos."

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 days during the Xanthi festival in September. We chose this hotel because it looked like it was close to the old town on the map. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that it is actually situated a long way up a country road and quite isolated. We had intended to walk from the hotel to the festival in the evenings, but this was not possible as there is no foot path along the road. We didn't get this and apparently the hotel didn't even have such apartment. For the same price we got one room with king bed and a sofa bed located in the small entrance to the room.
