"This is a standard "airport hotel" very close to SAW in Istanbul. The staff is quite friendly. The room was fine. There is a good inexpensive restaurant nearby called Ali Haydar, which was recommended to me. It's modest but typical and inviting. "

"i arrived to this hotel late night after a very long trip hoping for just a few hours of rest ! in the room when i tried to turn on the air condition, I realized that it's not working and even the AC switch is missing so I went downstairs and explained this for the receptions, and they said their condition is broken. I even asked for a fan to be able to survive the very hot night and they refused so all night I couldn't sleep because of the heat and humidity in the room and early morning I left...

"The Golden Siyav hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walk from the Kadıköy Ferry terminal and Metro, but is especially good for the proximity to the many restaurants and bars in the Kadıköy area. This is an excellent area to stay in, when visiting Istanbul. We caught the ferry every day to all the tourist sights. The hotel is modern and the rooms well presented, with only a small bar in reception. I have marked the hotel down for our stay though, as the air conditioning in our room didn’t work...

"It was an average and decently clean place to stay. Nothing special, nothing terrible. The service was average. We had breakfast included and came an hour before the end time, but the eggs, potatoes and bread were all finished, the dishes were finished for drinks and so we didn’t have much to eat. They did go get more bread, but the eggs and potatoes and other hot sides were out. I asked if they could make more as the breakfast buffet was still an hour longer but they said it was finished. But...
