"Loved this hotel.. the staff are what really made it special. The 2 receptionist covering the evening were kind snd extremely helpful. I arrived hoping to get something to eat but was tokd there was no food available at the hotel. However the girls who were also Bilingual helped me over food which was promptly delivered and delicious. The bar is well stocked and the hotel is very quiet"

"A very unique hotel, colourful and fun, and right in the heart of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very good. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Hotel was nice. Room was large and comfortable with a lovely view. Breakfast was simple but appreciated. For some reason my hotels.com booking was not found by the receptionist when we checked in which was somewhat concerning. The night receptionist gave us two single rooms when we had booked one double. This became an issue when we were checking out as we were charged a higher amount than we had booked for. Eventually after much discussion it was resolved thankfully. I would stay here again. "

" The reception and rooms are on 2nd floor and there is no elevator or escalator so had to bring all luggages up a very small stairs. There is also no air conditioner in the room and we couldn’t open the window as the mosquitoes were coming in the room. It’s also not safe to keep the windows open all night as it’s so easy for someone to climb into the room through the windows. The good things are the bus stop right in front of the hotel and the supermarket is right next to it. The breakfast is...

"Die Villa Alice ist ein ruhiges und den 3 Sternen entsprechendes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig. Das Bad ist leider etwas zu klein gewesen. Das Essen von der Karte ist TOP. Das Frühstück war gut und lecker. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder im Hotel Alice Buchen. "
