"This place is beautiful, the view, the pool, all excellent! The food and drinks were great and the staff were so helpful at arranging rides into town or any excursion we wanted! There were a few bugs in the room that the kids didn’t like, but that was likely our fault having a little bit of snacks in the room. "

"It was a great experience The hotel is very near 10 minutes walk to sun plaza station for fansipan Host Kenny was very nice he woke up at 6.30 for breakfast for us. He is very responsive and if you are planning to go to fansipan i would recommend to get the desk from hotel it’s cheaper than buying tickets at the spot. Climate was very nice"

"Room was completely damp and smelled of mildew. Paper thin walls. Room was freezing due to dampness. Karaoke bar next door can be heard full blast until late. Would not recommend "

"Sa Pa Clayhouse exceeded our expectations from the fast check-in to the walk into our executive king size room. We woke up to a breathtaking mountain view. It was magical.
