"The hotel is simple and nice. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We also had dinner at Flavours the restaurant associated with the hotel which was equally very nice. "

"The cleanliness of my first room was questionable. A/C unit looked dated (remote didn't work properly) and the TV remote didn't work properly. Only provided one towel and I didn't find a hand towel initially and no shower room floor matt - there needs to be minimum standard providing basics. Fortunately I moved to another room on a different floor (due to pest control) where the A/C was in good state and TV worked. Rooms like my first one need attention to bring up the standards. Consider...
