"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"We had a lovely time in a very clean, comfortable, modern hotel with a warm and friendly welcome. The big surprise was the quality of the food at the hotel restaurant which meant we arrived after a long trip and didn't need to get back out to Figeac to eat out. We would definitely return if we are anywhere in the area."

"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. "The place was not open, and we were still charged for it. "

"A very stylish and modern hotel positioned in the centre of town. Don’t pay extra for parking at the rear as there’s plenty of spaces in the market place outside the hotel. All rooms have air con which was welcome with temperatures at 32c. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it seemed very popular with local people. Breakfast was quite basic but adequate."

"Chambre double. Arrivée à 21h00. Température 10°. 1 seul mini-chauffage d'appoint soufflant pour les 2 chambres. Nous apprenons le lendemain, au petit déjeuner que le chauffage est en panne. Il aurait été plus correct de nous prévenir dès notre arrivée, lors de la remise des clés. L'état général des installations mérite une rénovation."

"Séjour désagréable la nuit cause musique forte jusqu'à 2 et 3 Heures du matin les deux nuits de notre séjour ceci à cause de la fête villageoise. "

"A really lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Check in time a little restricted as we didn’t really have time to make use of the lovely looking pool before dinner which was also quite strict with timings, I do totally understand why though as the dinner was fabulous!"

The room was large and comfortable although the bathroom was clean it was a little dated in design. The hotel restaurant was excellent with a lovely evening meal. Not the cheapest in town, but excellent quality and again, very friendly staff. "

The Originals Boutique, Grand Hôtel St Pierre

"When I checked in, I was so tired that i dropped my wallet on the way to my room. Thankfully, hotel staff found it intact & knocked on my door 15 minutes later. I'm very grateful to them for literally saving my holiday!"
