"Foreigners, be careful when making a reservation here! They charged you for the local tax that you are exempted to pay. I am not a resident nor I live in Colombia, hence I don't have to pay for local taxes and they did charged me, although I had already spoken to Alberto and he did confirm the same. However Idalmis Lorena, stressed that I had to pay for local taxes and charged me for the same. I have sent several emails on this matter to her and she does not want to refund the taxes, saying that I have to go back to the hotel, collect the invoice and claim for the taxes at the airport. I do not live there, but in the USA, but she still refuses to issue the refund. Please be very careful, this has ONLY happened at this hotel."

"Comfortable, welcoming, nice big cool & clean room, very helpful & friendly staff, lovely patio. Central location, 10 minutes from the airport. Good place to hang out or start/end a tour."
